1. Accepting These Terms
By accessing or using MyTime Games, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use MyTime Games.
These terms apply to the MyTime Games website, games, accounts, profiles, puzzle content and related services.
2. About MyTime Games
MyTime Games offers hidden-object scenes and jigsaw puzzles where players discover objects, build scenes, and save their progress through relaxed, untimed play.
We may add, remove, or change features as the product develops.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
You may use certain parts of MyTime Games without creating an account. Features that save or synchronize your progress may require you to sign in.
MyTime Games currently supports account authentication using Google Sign-In through our authentication provider, Supabase.
When you choose to sign in with Google, MyTime Games receives only the Google account information required for the sign-in and account features described in our Privacy Policy. This may include your Google Account identifier, email address, name, and profile image where available.
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your MyTime Games account, and associate saved game progress with the correct account.
Our collection and use of information received through Google Sign-In is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account or other credentials you use to access MyTime Games. You must not knowingly allow another person to misuse your account.
4. Your Profile
Your MyTime Games profile may contain information such as your display name, username, profile image, game progress, completed puzzles, and rewards.
Your email address is used for account and authentication purposes and is not displayed publicly unless we clearly tell you otherwise and you choose to make it available.
5. Gameplay and Results
MyTime Games records game results associated with your authenticated account. This may include puzzles completed and stars earned, and related progress.
Rewards are calculated using the game's current rules. We may adjust reward rules or other gameplay mechanics as MyTime Games evolves.
Game results may be corrected, removed, or invalidated if we believe they resulted from cheating, exploitation of a bug, automated activity, or other manipulation of the game.
6. Relaxed Play
Hidden-object games are untimed. New completions earn a completion reward; older saved results are retained. Jigsaws offer different piece counts for difficulty, without public rankings.
7. Fair Play
MyTime Games is intended to be played fairly. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play puzzles;
- manipulate saved puzzle results;
- attempt to bypass game restrictions or security controls;
- interfere with the operation of MyTime Games;
- access data or accounts that do not belong to you;
- reverse engineer or exploit the service for abusive purposes; or
- use MyTime Games for unlawful purposes.
8. Puzzle and MyTime Games Content
MyTime Games and its content, including the MyTime Games name, logo, visual designs, puzzle scenes, artwork, text, interface, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to MyTime Games unless otherwise indicated.
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial gameplay. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reproduce, or commercially exploit MyTime Games content without permission.
9. User-Provided Information
If you provide information to MyTime Games, such as a username or a support message, you must have the right to provide that information and it must not intentionally contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, or other highly sensitive information through MyTime Games support channels unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
10. Availability
We aim to keep MyTime Games available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
MyTime Games may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service outages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services
MyTime Games uses third-party services to provide parts of the product. These may include Google for account authentication, Supabase for authentication and application data, Netlify for hosting and deployment, and optional analytics providers described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Use of Google Sign-In does not mean that Google sponsors, endorses, or operates MyTime Games.
12. Changes to MyTime Games
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MyTime Games at any time. This may include individual puzzles, categories, scoring systems, other functionality.
13. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe it is being used to violate these Terms, compromise the security of MyTime Games, manipulate game results, interfere with other users, or engage in unlawful activity.
You may stop using MyTime Games at any time.
You may also revoke MyTime Games' access through your Google Account settings. Revoking Google authorization does not necessarily delete information already associated with your MyTime Games account.
You can delete your account from your profile. To request deletion of your MyTime Games account and associated personal information, contact nixie.dev.team@gmail.com. Additional information about deletion and retention is available in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer
MyTime Games is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyTime Games and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as MyTime Games develops or as applicable legal requirements change.
When we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the Last Edited date at the top. Your continued use of MyTime Games after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

MyTime Games is a general-audience service and is not directed primarily to children.
If applicable law requires you to have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service or create an account, you may use MyTime Games only with that permission.
Google Sign-In should not be used by a person in circumstances where its use would violate applicable age requirements, Google's requirements, or applicable law.
